Return Process

  Securely pack the products in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the items are in unused, resalable condition.

  Ship the Parcel

  Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location, keeping your tracking receipt for reference.

• 4.
  Quality Check and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange within 5 to 7 business days.
