Simply remove the central grill and replace it with the paella/skillet pan. For immediate heat, take out the vapour bars and cook over a direct flame.Â
Caution: The carry handles will become extremely hot during cooking—always use heat-resistant gloves when lifting the pan on or off the BBQ.
